The reality star is looking happier and healthier than ever and she credits her slimdown to a gruelling workout schedule. And she wants to share what she’s learnt.
The youngest Kardashian sister is branching out on her own with a solo writing project sharing the secrets of her success in a lifestyle and advice book for fans.
“I am so excited about sharing my philosophy on how I live and the power of strength.. I hope to be an inspiration to readers everywhere on how they can create their own true strength and beauty inside and out,” she said in a statement.
The publishers, Regan Arts, said the book is about embracing the fact that being strong, as opposed to skinny, is a healthier goal. It’s scheduled for release on November 3.
We’ve been keeping track of her transformation via Instagram, where the slimmed-down star is already a source of inspiration for her followers.
“My fitness journey will be a life long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else … It’s about being better than you used to be. I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results.” the Kardashian confessed earlier this year.
